Our expanded, renovated fully-equipped Rehab Therapy Gym with a smart car, model apartment with kitchen and bathroom and private speech/cognitive therapy treatment room offers a premier location for a full range of rehabilitative services.

The Outpatient Rehabilitation Center at Lutheran Home of Southbury provides a familiar option for those requiring outpatient physical, occupational and/or speech therapies after a short-term stay at our Center. Once they are no longer receiving skilled home care visits and want to return for ongoing therapy, they can return to the therapists they know and trust at Lutheran Home of Southbury.

The Outpatient Rehabilitation Center at Lutheran Home of Southbury will also be accepting new patients who have a prescription for Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapy and can benefit from a Southbury location close to home to meet their rehabilitation needs and goals.
