Summary:
• Provide assistance to the cook in the preparation and service of meals
• Organize, controls, and serves resident meals in compliance with policies and state and federal that apply to health care food service operation
• Assist in the arranging tray cards, loading food carts, and serving meals
• Wash and store dishes
• Assist in receiving and storing food and supplies
Qualifications:
• High School diploma preferred
• Ability to read, write in English and perform simple math calculations.
• Previous experience in a hospital setting or long term care a plus
